赴上海跟崗學習后校內匯報交流 Reporting and Exchange after Learning in Shanghai

      2019年5月 6日——10日,我校教師團隊在胡濤副校長的帶領下,赴上海復旦小學、上海綠苑小學、上海洛川學校進行了為期一周的跟崗學習,受益匪淺。

      From May 6 to 10, 2019, under the leadership of Vice-principal Hu Tao, the teachers of our school went to Fudan Primary School, Luyuan Primary School and Luochuan School in Shanghai for a week of on-the-job study, which benefited a lot.

      回校后,胡濤副校長第一時間在全校教職工大會上進行了專題匯報,向大家展示了幾所學校的校園文化特色建設以及精神風貌。

      After returning to school, Vice President Hu Tao gave a special report at the faculty meeting of the whole school for the first time, which showed us the construction of campus cultural characteristics and spiritual features of several schools.


      隨后語文、數學跟崗團隊分別以學科組為單位召開了會議,就語文和數學學科特色與發展進行了專題匯報。

      Subsequently, the Chinese and Mathematics follow-up teams held meetings with subject groups, and made special reports on the characteristics and development of the Chinese and Mathematics disciplines.

      Cai Man, Reading Teaching and Text Interpretation from the Perspective of Unit


      艾小紅——以上海市長寧區四年級、五年級檢測試卷為例,淺談雙向細目表以及單元教學目標續寫。

      Ai Xiaohong - Taking the test papers of Grade 4 and Grade 5 in Changning District of Shanghai as an example, this paper discusses the two-way detailed list and the continuation of unit teaching objectives.


      鄭爽——“高效課堂從細節入手,思維品質從興趣培養”,并做“北師大版與上海滬教版教材”對比分析。

      Zheng Shuang - "The efficient classroom starts from details, the thinking quality from interest cultivation", and makes a comparative analysis of "the textbooks of Beijing Normal University and Shanghai Educational Press".

      Jiang Jianping -- "Strategy of Efficient Classroom"


      最后,胡濤副校長再次就上海學習分享做總結性經驗交流,并結合我校實際提出具體要求和工作安排,為今后我校的教育教研指明了方向。

      Finally, Vice President Hu Tao once again made a summary exchange of experience on learning and sharing in Shanghai, and put forward specific requirements and work arrangements in light of the actual situation of our school, pointing out the direction for future education and teaching research in our school.
